Bookings

Online booking is a request for an appointment; it becomes binding when we confirm it (the confirmation screen and email show the confirmed slot). Please arrive on time; being significantly late may shorten or cancel the procedure.

Deposits and cancellations

Some procedures require a deposit paid via myPOS to our account. The deposit is credited toward the service. Free cancellation/rescheduling is possible no later than 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations or no-shows may result in the deposit not being refunded.

Gift certificates

Certificates are valid for the period stated at purchase, are not redeemable for cash, and the holder is responsible for the code.

Portal account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used for abuse. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Privacy Policy).

Prices

Prices shown are in euro (BGN pegged) and include VAT where applicable; final price may change if the actual hair length/density differs from the selected variant — the master will confirm before starting.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Varna courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
